Let’s say you have identified rapid changes in technology as an opportunity for you. This maybe because of a particular set of skills that your people have. They are able to quickly grasp new information, and use it in a profitable manner because of their experience, training, or knowledge. This makes you alert to technological changes. You take advantage of this development and offer it to your staff.
